Lyra & Dance Trapeze – Harnessing the Power of the Flare

With Carina Gillet

If you’re looking for some new ways to add “flare” to your under-the-apparatus repertoire, this is the workshop for you! In this workshop we will focus on flare pathways for both one arm and two arms on lyra and/or dance trapeze.

We will also delve a bit into spin direction and how it can affect the flow of a sequence.
