Hand Balancing – Getting Off the Wall and Staying There

With Violet Defiant

Now that you can comfortably kick up to handstand at the wall, what’s next? This workshop offers a playful approach to getting off the wall to find the elusive freestanding handstand.

We will use props, partners, and playful exercises to support mental blocks and reduce reliance on the wall.
