About This Immersion
Are you ready to dive into the art of bending your body with control and strength? Join us to take your flexibility training to the next level by exploring training tools, new skills, and creative transitions.
Part 1 will include tools for active flex and stability, plus skills for advancing benders.
Part 2 will dive into higher level skills and all things back bending.

Saturday, 1:00 – 3:30 pm
Sunday, 10:00 am – 12:30 pm
Part 1: $255
Parts 1 & 2: $375
Prerequisites Part 1:
Students should be able to push up to a bridge with straight arms, and be able to find “square” in splits (splits don’t have to be flat).
Prerequisites Part 2:
In addition to Part 1 prerequisites, students should be able to catch their feet in a cobra, do 20 knee push ups in a row, and hold a one minute plank.

Ariana Ferber-Carter debuted with Circus Smirkus, going on to specialize in contortion at New England Center for Circus Arts and San Francisco Circus Center.
