Are you looking for tools to improve your deep flexibility practice?
In this workshop, we will explore various contortion techniques to get deeper into splits and backbends including partner stretches, active flexibility, resistance stretching, and passive flexibility. We will also explore balances such as elbowstand, handstand, and cheststand.
We’ll include plenty of conditioning and drills to strengthen your back, glutes, shoulders, hips, and legs. You’ll leave with lots of tools to continue your flexibility and self-care journey on your own.
