Lyra / Aerial Hoop Immerison

With Maia Castro-Santos

Do you want to explore daring new hoop/lyra skills with confidence and security? Join us for a three-day deep dive into heart-stopping aerial hoop vocabulary!

During this 11-hour workshop we’ll explore a variety of unique sequences and dynamic tricks to diversify your technical skills and expand your expressive range. Expect balances/hangs, snaking/rolling pathways, spanset play, semi-release drops, and lots of elbows. We’ll also dedicate time to working on goal tricks — developing personalized drills and self-spotting techniques to build confidence and tangible progress in your solo practice.

The weekend will end with a focus on individual exploration, style, and movement quality, leaving you with tools to help you discover your creative voice in the air. If you’re looking to have fun, work hard, and get your adrenaline pumping, this workshop is for you!
