Slanted Pole: Exploring Skills at an Angle

With Sam Wilder

Slanted pole is a unique apparatus that combines techniques from pole, bar apparatus, and wire. These apparatus are all exceptionally different, but when you put a pole at a 45 degree slant, skills become much more transferable.

In this workshop we will explore which pole, bar, and wire skills fit (or don’t) on a slanted pole.
