Chinese Pole: Connecting Fundamentals

With Levi Helton

Take your chinese pole skills and make them into choreography through clever pathways and hidden connections.

In this workshop for students with a regular chinese pole practice, we’ll look at how small things like hand placement, foot technique and a little gumption can smooth out the pathways between skills and open up choreographic potential.
