Dance Pole: Advanced Heels

With Cris Rivers

Elevate your movement from technical to cinematic. This fast-paced workshop merges advanced pole power with the grit of technical edge-work. We aren’t just hitting tricks; we’re mastering the physics of the platform heel.

We’ll work on power transitions, momentum and control, all in a high energy, high-intensity and and unapologetically bold class!
