COVID policies as of November 2022

Updated 11/14/2022

We are monitoring Fall/early Winter flu and COVID season very carefully and anticipate making updates to our mitigation strategies (such as mask optional) in early 2023.

  • Masking is mandatory. You may wear a surgical paper mask, a surgical mask under a cloth mask, or these approved masks inside NECCA based on best fit: KN95, KF94, N95.
  • Indoor drinking permitted for all persons at any time inside NECCA facilities for all ages.
  • Limited Indoor Eating: As the cold weather arrives, some indoor eating is permitted by prior request 48 hrs in advance. You will be assigned a location in the building that is a minimum 6′ away from others. Contact your Program Director or email covid@necenterforcircusarts.org.
  • Unvaccinated students of all ages that have been approved for a medical or religious exemption should test prior to class, and test weekly if enrolled in all day long and multi-day workshops and camps. Unvaccinated staff must also test weekly. Proof of testing can be sent to covid@necenterforcircusarts.org or shown at check in.
  • Proof of completed vaccination for ages 1.5 and up are required for entry to NECCA, including parents required to be present during pre-school classes. Visitors and audience may show proof of vaccination or negative test. If you wish to request a medical or religious exemption, please fill out these forms and send to covid@necenterforcircusarts.org at least 72 business hours in advance of your class. NOTE: If forms are filled out on a Friday, they will not be reviewed until the following Monday afternoon.
  • If you are not feeling well or have a fever, please stay home. For more details check here.
