Vida is a San Diego native with a heartfelt appreciation of seasons. She has a knack for puppetry and is a rogue taxidermist with a focus on silhouetted skull carvings and uniquely preserved flora. Her work encompasses the delicate balance between life and death.
From 2013-15, Vida co-owned and directed Spectrum School of Fine Art in the River Arts District of Asheville, NC. With her combined skills of administration and curriculum development, the program successfully ignited the creative spirits of its students. Vida strives to establish a similar supportive presence within the arts community of the Northeast. Currently, she is earning her MS in Nonprofit Management & Philanthropy with a Certificate in Strategic Fundraising.
