MOLLY GRAVES

Molly Graves is a Tennessee native who boasts a life-long interest in all things acrobatic. Molly has performed as a guest artist with Acrobatic Conundrum; at Circus Now’s 2015 International Contemporary Circus Exposure in NY; and at the International Aerial Acrobatic Arts Festival in Denver, CO, where she was awarded “Best Technical Performance” for her aerial rope act in 2014. Additionally, she counts herself lucky to be a member of the inspiring & empowering company Girls on Trapeze.

Molly completed NECCA’s Pro-Track Program in 2011-12 with a focus on aerial rope & static trapeze, and she has trained with professional coaches from Cirque du Soleil, Cirque Elozie, École Nationale de Cirque, Ringling Brothers and Drapés Aériens. Her teaching credits include Carolina Aerial & Dance Exchange in Charlotte, NC; the Atlanta Aerial Arts Festival; Circus Juventas; Vault Festival of Aerial Arts in Houston, TX; and collaborations with Susan Murphy at The Marsh Studio in Darien, GA.

“NECCA is an unbelievably fantastic resource that has given my daughter strength, confidence, agility, artistry, and a close family of like-minded souls. Not sure where she would have found her place if not for NECCA.”

“This [NECCA] is a good business plan. This creates jobs, economic development, opportunity, but most importantly, it changes kids’ lives.”

“The kids had a total blast. . .we really appreciate NECCA reaching out to us so that we can all work together to serve our kids better. They were so centered, and grounded, and ready to get back to academics when they came back to school – and that’s exactly what we had hoped for them!”

“I have not felt this beautiful since my surgery. Just as cancer teaches you that you can live through stresses you never imagined, this program teaches you that your body can fly and do things you never imagined.”
