Weekend Immersion: Aerial Straps

With Kenneth Lindemann

There are many approaches to aerial straps as both a training tool and a performance apparatus. In this workshop we’ll focus on technique and injury prevention, plus ways to be creative so you can ‘play’ on stage. We’ll take apart common drills and pathways and figure out how they work, then go over progressions and spotting techniques. We’ll also look at the idea of making things harder during practice so that you can be fully prepared and ready to play when you get on stage.
