Aerial Rope
With Rachel Rees
About This Immersion
We are covering two main areas—Dynamics and C Shaping. Learn new beat pathways or strengthen your basics as we work towards semi and full release moves like J flips, pirouettes, and 360s. Prepare to defy gravity and learn tools to roll up and down the rope with as many C shaping drills as we can fit into your brain, and to round it all off, We’ll also help you build strength and a more nuanced understanding of your body in the air as we condition for rope-specific strength. With 40 foot ceilings and a foam pit, what better way to add to your rope journey!?
