Dynamic Beats and Sequencing for Rope

Learn to move through dynamic pathways on rope with ease and precision! In this workshop, we’ll deconstruct beat progressions to build the most power with the least energy expenditure. Special attention will be given to maintaining a float-y movement quality and originality of sequencing.

About The Coach

Nick Zelle is a circus artist, writer, and organizer based in New York City. Having studied aerial rope at l’École de Cirque de Québec, Nick has created and performed internationally. A board member of Cirkus Syd, Nick collaborates with an international group of artists, academics and educators to create space for critical dialogues around Contemporary Circus. He just completed his M.A. in Arts and Public Policy at NYU.
