Circus Jams

Put the training notebook away and warm up your favorite music playlist. Have fun practicing, exploring, and hanging out with other circus enthusiasts at these informal training sessions.

IMPORTANT INFO

Mask Requirements

We have several important standards for the type of mask you may train in at NECCA. Please make sure your mask meets the following requirements:

  • Masks must be made of at least 2 layers of fabric and completely fitted.  Please be sure your mask touches all sides of your face. We do not allow bandanas, blue paper surgical masks or neck gaiters.  Check out this video on mask fit!

  • All students and staff must wear a mask that hooks on their ears (not tied around the head) at all times when on site. Vaccinated people, and unvaccinated students under the age of 12 may wear one single, fitted, layered mask. All other students (age 12 and above) must double mask unless they are fully vaccinated.

Double masks should follow one of the following configurations:

    1. Two Cloth masks – to ensure no gaps and a better fit.
    2. Paper Mask under Fabric Cloth mask – the cloth mask weighs the paper mask down for a better fit.
    3. All students and staff may wear a single mask when out-of-doors at NECCA, regardless of vaccination status.
  • We may ask you to modify your mask if it does not meet this requirement. Your mask must not fall off during training. You may be asked to leave if this issue occurs.
