Bar Apparatus Meeting: Trapeze & Lyra

About the Bar Apparatus Meeting

Bar Meeting is a creative space for aerialists from all over the world to meet, share, connect, learn and reflect. We provide the space and the community and you bring your excitement and skills you want to practice and the fun builds from there in an open training format. We’ll hang lyra, dance trapeze, static trapeze, and duo trapeze so you can train all the bar apparatus you want! Registration cost includes five to six hours of open practice each day, a Works in Progress showing, and time to connect with and meet with other aerialists. This is a participant-driven event inspired by the always-popular Rope Meetings, for aerialists with an established practice on trapeze and/or lyra.

*This just in:  we’ve added Swinging Trapeze to the mix this year!  Coach Elsie Smith will be on hand to support anyone who is an established swinging trapezist.  In addition, there will be opportunities for other aerialists new to this apparatus to try it out – no additional cost!*
