German WheelExplore the rolling, spinning and partner work inside and around the german wheel. Using handstands, cartwheels and core stability you'll learn to work with the rotation of this giant wheel.

Note: ideal footwear is a lace up shoe with a thin, flexible sole (not a running shoe). An inexpensive option is a Feiyue Martial Arts Shoe for $15 available at The Martial Arts Store.
