Acrobatics 301 & 401: Intermediate/Advanced

Wednesdays, 7:30-8:55 pm
Age 16+

Start out with a full warm-up & stretching, then practice the basics of acrobatic movement including handstands, rolls, cartwheels, & more advanced flips & mini-trampoline for those who are ready.
