| By clicking, I agreed with and understood the following policies: * Sibling discount: 10% on 2nd & additional camps or classes per person or per family (per session). Contact the office to arrange a sibling discount. * NECCA Health & Illness policy: NECCA reserves the right to limit the activities of a camper who is unwell or who exhibits health symptoms that concern NECCA staff. We reserve the right to send the camper home, and may require a doctor's note for return. Please do not send your child to camp if they are not feeling well. *You will not be registered until we receive your payment. *Tickets for shows are non-refundable. *Refund policy for ongoing classes: 100% of the deposit will be refunded less a $10 administrative fee prior to the 1st day of class. No refund will be given after the first day of classes. *Refund policy for Workshops & Camps: 100% of your deposit fee, less 10% administrative fee per Workshop or Camp, is refundable prior to one month before the first day of the workshop, after which time 50% of your deposit is refundable until two weeks before the first day of the Workshop or camp, after which time no refund will be given. * Students may be photographed or recorded for publicity purposes unless special arrangements are made with the office. * Make-up policy: Adults and youth, with permission of instructor, may use the Open Studio at no cost to make up a missed lesson within the same session. Kids and Tots may take another age-appropriate class specified by the instructor within the same session. |
