Getting Here/DirectionsGo straight to lodging.
Getting here Airport The nearest airport is Bradley International, in Hartford, CT. It is 1.5 hrs away. Albany, NY is 2 hr away; Manchester, NH is 2 hrs away; Boston's Logan Airport is 2.5 hours away. Thomas Transportation (800-526-8143) is a van service that goes to these airports but it is not inexpensive.
Train: Amtrak comes to downtown Brattleboro once a day (800-USA-Rail) and the Greyhound station is appx. 2 miles from downtown, near many hotels (800-231-2222).
Local Transportation: Brattleboro Taxi can be contacted at (802) 254-6446. The Bee Line is a bus service that runs from the outer edges of town to the downtown area, near the Downtown Studio and walking distance to the Cotton Mill studio.
Rental Cars: Cars can be rented at any airport. In town car rental locations include Enterprise and Avis. Both are in walking distance of the bus station, but not from the train. However, they may be able to pick you up.
Classes may be held at either our Cotton Mill Studio, or, if marked NEYT, at our Downtown Studio. Flying Trapeze takes place at our Guilford Farm. Be sure to check the calendar to find out your lesson and class location.

From Interstate 91 in Vermont, take exit one & turn east towards downtown Brattleboro. At the first traffic light, turn right on to Fairgrounds Road. Pass the high school. At the next stop sign, turn left on to South Main Street. At the next stop sign turn right down a steep hill called Cotton Mill Hill. There will be a large mill building on your left. Turn into the parking area & drive around the circular flower bed & between the two buildings. The larger building on your right is the building we are in. Enter this building through the last door on the corner on your right as you drove down the alley. We are on the 3rd floor. The studio telephone number is (802) 254-9780. For FLYING TRAPEZE Classes. . . Our address is 102 Thomas Road in Guilford, VT, but DO NOT follow your GPS or MapQuest as they will send you 7 miles out of your way! From Interstate 91 in Vermont, take exit 2 & turn right on to Route 9 headed west. Go approximately 1.5 miles through West Brattleboro. At the 7-11 on your left, turn left on to Greenleaf Street. Go 1.5 miles. Turn left on to Hinesburg Road. (If you are following GPS or MapQuest, this is where they will tell you to go straight onto Ames Hill Road. Instead, turn left onto Hinesburg Road.) Go 2.5 miles & pass the horse farm on the left. Start looking for a right onto Thomas Road—just before this you'll see signs on the right for parking in the old road cut at the bottom of Thomas Road. Please do not drive up Thomas Road to park—instead please leave your car at the road cut and walk up to the flying trapeze. To get there, please walk up the drive, past the farmhouse, following the road to the right between the garage and the storage building, cross the stream and the flying trapeze will be on your right. And don't worry; there are plenty of signs to show you the way.
