Performer Information

FLYING NUT 2011

WATCHING Performers will be allowed to watch the dress rehearsal only. If there are empty chairs during a show, youth performers who are completely finished with their acts may watch the second half show following intermission without buying a ticket. Last year we sold out every show, so do not count on being able to do this.

FOOD We are not supplying food at any time, so plan accordingly.

PHOTOGRAPHY If you would like to video or photograph the show, you must contact Suzanne to make prior arrangements.

SUPERVISION If a child will be left at the studio between shows, we are happy to be responsible, but it must be prearranged with Jamie Hodgson who will be in charge of child wrangling. Studio 2 on the 2nd floor will be our dressing room and hang out spot and we will have an adult volunteer there at all time.

VOLUNTEERS @ THE SHOW We are looking for parent volunteers to help out in the Studio 2 dressing room before and during the shows. Each volunteer receives one free ticket to a show that they are not working for. There are two time slots daily: 1. From 1.5 hours prior to the first show to the end of Act One (approx. 1 hour after the show begins); 2. From 2 hours prior to the second show through to the end of Act One (approx. 1 hour after the show begins). To volunteer, contact Serenity.

VOLUNTEERS BEFORE/AFTER We are looking for help in the box office, chair set up, elevator assistance, ushering, general clear up, concessions/baking, etc. Time commitment if from 1 hour before the show until the place is clean following each show. Each volunteer receives one free ticket to the show. To volunteer, contact Serenity.

COMP TICKETS Each performer gets 2 comp tickets. We sell out, so don't delay. Click here to reserve yours. To buy more tickets, click here.
