Janet Lowry
Janet is NECCA's Office Manager. She handles registration, payments, web updates, tech support and whatever else comes up in the office. Her background of design, building, publicity, literature, swimming, dance and music never included Circus, but thanks to NECCA she can finally cartwheel.
