What to wearWe recommend form-fitting leggings or flexible training pants that cover the back of your knees. Shirts should be long enough to tuck in. We recommend a leotard or unitard for the additional protection they provide. Bring a form fitting long sleeve shirt to protect your under arms when necessary. Acrobatic shoes for floor work are also recommended. All hair that is long enough to swing in front of the face must be secured. Men should consider supportive clothing.
Socks are preferred to bare feet for flying trapeze
All jewelry and watches must be removed before class, so we recommend leaving them at home!
